Ensuring skills progression in Primary History
Getting better at history means children recognising and understanding historical process concepts(skills) and such as 'change and continuity','cause and consequence' or 'historical interpretation'. Through sharing and discussing a range of activities for children, this course will introduce teachers to the Hampshire Assessment Model (HAM) for history; making sure sure key skills are embedded into the curriculum progressively and progression planned for over the key stages.
